We are looking for a talent to assume the role of STC Leader. **Let’s transform collaboration into results—together?** **Responsibilities and Duties** **In this position, you will work at the Equatorial Goiás \- Morrinhos/GO unit**, leading team management and performance for technical and commercial services in the Morrinhos region. Here are some of the challenges you’ll face daily: * Plan and coordinate STC execution across the micro-region, organizing scheduling and prioritization of service orders to ensure productivity, quality, and deadline adherence. * Supervise new connection, supply suspension, reconnection, and commercial service activities by monitoring teams and verifying technical compliance, aiming to guarantee quality and standardization. * Control emergency responses related to technical-commercial services, coordinating team deployment and incident monitoring to restore appropriate customer service. * Manage field materials used in operations, tracking consumption and replenishment with warehouses to ensure material availability and operational continuity. * Conduct field audits and inspections on activities performed by internal teams and third-party providers, verifying proper use of materials and procedures to ensure quality and technical compliance. * Ensure adherence to safety standards in field activities, guiding teams and verifying use of personal protective equipment to safeguard employee well-being. **Requirements and Qualifications** For this opportunity, we expect the following from you: * Completed undergraduate degree; * Prior experience in the electric power sector is desirable; * Prior experience managing and coordinating operational teams responsible for technical-commercial services in the electric power sector is desirable. **Additional Information** **Why apply:** Joining Equatorial Group means becoming part of an expanding company whose culture champions continuous development, talent diversity, and commitment to the future.
