That’s why we seek talents like you — people who dream big and want to make a difference! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform **validation and posting of invoices** from partners, ensuring compliance with fiscal and contractual requirements; * Monitor and control the **flow of receipt, analysis, and approval of fiscal documents**, ensuring adherence to established deadlines; * Engage in **negotiations with partners**, supporting discussions related to deadlines, documentation pending items, and operational adjustments; * Maintain continuous interface with the following departments: * **Procurement** (contracts and regularization); * **Tax** (fiscal validation and compliance); * **Accounts Payable** (payment flow); * **Controller’s Office** (provisions and financial closing); * Support the **organization and control of operational databases** (postings, measurements, payment statuses, pending items); * Contribute to **continuous process improvement**, identifying inconsistencies and proposing adjustments to operational workflows; * Ensure **clear communication with internal and external stakeholders**, maintaining alignment on request status and deadlines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Prior experience in fiscal processes, accounts payable, or administrative/operational routines is desirable; * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills.
