JUNIOR OPERATIONS CENTER TECHNICIAN

In this role, you are expected to:
Manage BT emergency response, supervise BT/MT branch incidents, guide electricians on the proper use of the communication system available in patrol vehicles, and perform switching operations on the electrical system to support scheduled interventions and restoration following unplanned outages;
Manage BT emergency response for the distribution system within your area of responsibility;
Supervise alerts and incidents within your area of responsibility for detection, grouping, and management of mass responses—including mass BT incidents and MT branch incidents;
Assign and coordinate response teams to handle alerts and mass incidents;
Record incidents with necessary information for supply quality management; maintain records of emergency response process controls;
Guide electricians on the proper use of the communication system available in patrol vehicles;
Perform switching operations on the electrical system to support scheduled interventions and restoration following unplanned outages;
Support BT emergency response operations;
Authorize and monitor other scheduled BT interventions, as well as unscheduled interventions arising from diverse field team information requests.
Requirements:
High school diploma; technical education preferred per area requirements: Technical Course in Electrotechnology;
Preferred: Distribution Electrician Training Course, minimum 240 hours;
Preferred: Microsoft Office Suite proficiency;
Basic NR\-10 Course (40 hours);
Complementary NR\-10 (SEP) Course (40 hours);
Preferred experience as an MT Control Center Technician, operation of the sector and electrical system, preferably in distribution operations.
