Job Description The Human Resources Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating HR department activities in alignment with headquarters' guidelines. Acting as a strategic liaison among employees, managers, and senior leadership, the role ensures implementation of policies, processes, and programs that strengthen organizational culture, ensure legal compliance, and foster employee engagement and talent development. Key Responsibilities * Supervise recruitment and selection, ensuring hires align with company profile. * Ensure proper personnel administration (hiring, termination, payroll, benefits, vacations, and legal obligations). * Support managers in development plans, training, and leadership programs. * Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, engagement, performance) and propose improvements. * Serve as focal point for labor relations, ensuring legal compliance. * Implement and monitor global HR policies, adapting them to the local market. * Promote organizational climate, health, safety, and well-being initiatives. * Advise managers on performance, discipline, retention, and development matters. * Supervise the local HR team, ensuring efficient service delivery to business units.
