If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute graphic processes, from initial client contact through to final delivery; * Create and edit graphic files for cliché production using specialized software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.); * Prepare graphic files according to technical specifications and printing requirements; * Adjust and adapt graphic layouts for different formats and types of plastic packaging; * Conduct incoming inspections of produced clichés to ensure compliance with quality standards and artwork specifications per customer approval; * Submit purchase requests for clichés; * Technically assess new developments and modifications to existing developments within the technical capabilities of equipment; * Send and technically discuss developments with the production department and cliché suppliers; * Collaborate on print testing and color adjustment to ensure chromatic accuracy and graphic integrity; * Communicate\-with clients to understand their needs, ensure expectations are met, and adapt them within the technical capabilities of equipment; * Review graphic artworks prior to submission to clients; * Contact and visit clients and cliché and printing suppliers for project discussion and approval; * Provide technical and theoretical support to departments related to the production process; * Update and maintain production print-outs and, if necessary, color charts; * Maintain accurate records of all graphic projects, technical specifications, and implemented changes; * Update and organize the company’s digital files for easy access and reference; * Prepare technical cliché purchase specifications; * Work collaboratively with design, production, and quality control teams to resolve graphic issues and improve processes; * Develop specific indicators related to printed material control and monitoring; * Propose improvements to printing, cutting, and sealing processes for printed packaging; * Produce standard color charts to standardize upcoming production orders. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related fields.
