**We are hiring: Junior DHO Analyst** **Location: Ribeirão Preto/SP – On-site** **Area: Human and Organizational Development (DHO)** **We are looking for a Junior DHO Analyst to support initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and the development of our employees in a high-volume and dynamic environment.** **Main responsibilities:** * Support performance evaluation processes and development plans. * Organize and conduct training and development programs (interns and teams). * Conduct and consolidate onboarding, climate, engagement, and exit surveys, providing insights for improvements. * Lead employee onboarding, integration, and listening initiatives. * Support organizational culture, change management, and engagement initiatives. * Assist in analyzing DHO/HR data and indicators. **What we're looking for:** * Ongoing or completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Administration, HR Management, or related fields. * Intermediate-level or higher proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts, and analytical formulas). * Basic knowledge of T\&D and organizational research. * Prior experience in DHO/T\&D (internship or entry-level position). * Preferred: Experience in high-volume environments (call center, retail, or services). **Competencies that make a difference:** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Organization, proactivity, and attention to detail. * Ability to work in teams and dynamic environments. * Curiosity and desire to continuously learn. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:12 AM to 6:00 PM. **Benefits:** * Meal or food allowance * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Birthday day off * Transportation allowance * Discounts at partner universities Job type: Full-time CLT Pay: BRL 2,800.00 \- 3,300.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site Application deadline: 10/11/2025
