Job Summary: Junior Collections Analyst responsible for contacting customers, negotiating payment agreements, monitoring the customer portfolio and KPIs, and collaborating internally to ensure efficient processes. Key Highlights: 1. Negotiating payment agreements with delinquent customers 2. Monitoring and managing the customer portfolio 3. Preparing management reports and analyzing key performance indicators Position: Junior Collections Analyst (CLT) Responsibilities: - Contacting delinquent customers and negotiating payment agreements. - Monitoring the customer portfolio and controlling delinquency. - Issuing and updating invoices and financial documents. - Tracking collections KPIs and preparing management reports. - Collaborating with internal departments to ensure efficient collections processes. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Knowledge of collections processes (amicable, judicial, debt renegotiation) - Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, financial formulas) - Experience with ERPs and CRMs - Ability to generate and analyze financial reports (Aging Report, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement) - Basic knowledge of accounting and finance (accounts receivable, provisions, delinquency) - Familiarity with legislation applicable to collections (Consumer Protection Code, protests, etc.) - Experience managing collections KPIs (delinquency rate, recovery rate, TMA, SLA) Location: On-site at Vila Olímpia/SP Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.400,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
