Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Agricultural Projects Engineer to manage teams, plan and manage replanting area matrices and operations, implement conservation models, and monitor the quality of agricultural projects. We are seeking a Junior Agricultural Projects Engineer to work at the Gasa unit. **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Field team management; * Planning of the matrix and management of replanting areas; * Planning and implementation of conservation models meeting Soil Conservation requirements and increasing efficiency of mechanized agricultural operations; * Monitoring quality during project implementation; * Managing requests involving Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Knowledge of Topography, Geotechnologies, Geoprocessing, Agricultural Area Systematization, and Soil Conservation; * Degree in Agricultural Engineering or related fields; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Good communication skills; * Teamwork orientation; * Commitment to Safety and Sustainability; * Willingness to reside in Andradina/SP. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional data required. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further explain daily responsibilities and challenges.
