We are seeking an Internal Sales Associate to join a rapidly expanding women's fitness fashion store, with strong emphasis on achieving targets, providing consultative service, and delivering an enchanting customer experience. **Job Responsibilities:** * Serve customers in-store, guiding them from initial contact through to sale completion. * Respond to customers via Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook, presenting products and answering questions. * Organize the store, window displays, and inventory, ensuring cleanliness and visual appeal. * Pick e-commerce orders and assist with shipping. * Capture simple product photos and videos for social media. * Label, verify, and organize items in inventory. * Perform cash register opening/closing procedures, process payments, and enter transactions into the ERP system. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior sales experience in retail, preferably in fashion. * Aggressive commercial profile, target-oriented and results-driven. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, proactivity, and focus on results.
