**INTERNAL SALES ASSISTANT** **Requirements:** * Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields; * Knowledge of ERP systems; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office — Intermediate Excel; * Prior experience in the field, SAP system, and CRM are desirable; * Advantage: English and/or Spanish proficiency; * Must reside in Indaiatuba or Salto/SP. **Responsibilities:** * Customer service through problem resolution and post-sales support, follow-up, order tracking according to agreed delivery deadlines and commercial terms; * Registering orders and customers via the system; * General sales department activities; **Salary and Benefits:** * R$ 2,501.00 * Fuel allowance (R$ 200.00); * Meal voucher (R$ 636.00); * Health insurance plan with 10% employee contribution for self and 20% for dependents. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
