Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance of material handling equipment, managing technical teams, and monitoring performance. Monitoring of performance indicators **General Job Responsibilities:** * Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of forklifts, electric pallet jacks, diesel forklifts, and LPG combustion forklifts, as well as other material handling equipment. * Control equipment checkout processes (checklist) in detail. * Manage internal maintenance technician team. * Request parts and supplies for maintenance from the warehouse. * Ensure equipment is always available and safe for operation, releasing equipment only after completion of the detailed checklist. * Develop corrective maintenance schedules to prevent delivery of damaged equipment or substandard maintenance quality. * Monitor performance indicators (mean time to repair, equipment availability). * Respond promptly to requests from the sales team, meeting deadlines with full quality assurance. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards and technical regulations. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree (field open); * Proven experience in maintenance within the following sectors: Yellow Line / Heavy Machinery / Cranes / Automotive; * Experience and knowledge of forklifts; * Direct leadership skills with maintenance teams; * Proficiency and practical experience with Excel and People Management. * Availability for immediate start. **Benefits:** * Meals provided at the company; * Transportation allowance; * Health insurance plan with co-payment. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (On-site).
