Develop talent in the Geração D Internship Program We are seeking an Intern to work in the **People/Human Resources** area at our **Metais São Paulo** unit. The **Geração D Internship Program** was created to attract and develop talents who wish to grow and become future professionals at Dexco. Therefore, we encourage participation and hiring of women, Black individuals, people with disabilities, and their various intersecting identities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support recruitment and hiring processes; * Conduct onboarding for new employees and employees transferring between units; * Support promotion, transfer, and organizational structure processes; * Monitor governance of internship and apprenticeship programs across customer-facing areas; * Support the implementation of corporate initiatives; * Monitor Human Resources processes within the designated customer-facing area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, with no restrictions regarding field of study; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); * Organizational skills; * Proactivity. **Work Location:** São Paulo **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Work Model:** 4x1 **Additional Information** **Largest portfolio of construction, renovation, and decoration brands in Brazil.** Owner of the brands Deca, Portinari, Hydra, Duratex, Castelatto, Ceusa, and Durafloor, we are the largest manufacturer of industrialized wood panels in Brazil, a reference in the production of sanitary ware and metal fittings in the Southern Hemisphere, and one of the largest manufacturers of surfacing materials in the country.
