Check out our reviews on Glassdoor. **What We’re Looking For** -------------------- **Essential Requirements:** * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in **Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting**, or related fields; * Interest in building a career in **Investment Banking**, with a focus on **Debt Capital Markets**; * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail; * Knowledge of **corporate finance, accounting, and financial analysis**; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Advanced English proficiency; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Availability to intern in São Paulo / In-person **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior knowledge of the **capital markets, fixed income, corporate credit, or debt structure**; * Familiarity with financial statement analysis and credit indicators; * Previous experience in financial markets, consulting, auditing, or related areas; * Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating executive presentations; * Participation in financial market leagues, junior enterprises, or related academic initiatives; * Interest in deepening knowledge of **debentures, bonds, CRIs, CRAs, and other funding instruments** **Challenges and Impact** ---------------------- Describe expectations and key contributions here.
