Job Summary:
A professional to strategically lead the Human Resources area, ensuring legal compliance and integrating people policies across diverse operations.

Structure and lead the Human Resources area in a strategic and proactive manner.
Ensure urban and rural labor compliance, mitigating legal, social security, and tax risks.
Integrate people policies into rural, industrial, and commercial operations, respecting their specific characteristics.
Responsibilities
Plan and implement HR policies aligned with the group's strategic planning.
Act as a partner to the executive board on decisions related to people, organizational structure, and succession.
Ensure proper compliance with labor legislation:
CLT – Decree-Law No. 5,452/1943
Rural Labor Law – Law No. 5,889/1973
Supervise payroll, social charges, benefits, hiring, and terminations.
Ensure compliance with eSocial, EFD-Reinf, Digital FGTS, and other ancillary obligations.
Proactively manage labor liabilities in coordination with legal counsel.
Ensure compliance with the Ministry of Labor and Employment's Regulatory Standards (NRs), with emphasis on:
NR-01 (GRO/PGR), NR-06 (PPE), NR-07 (PCMSO), and NR-31 (Rural Work).
Manage union relations and represent the company before regulatory authorities.
Develop training programs, performance evaluations, career plans, and compensation policies.
Ensure appropriate handling of employee personal data in accordance with LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018.

Salary: R$2.570,98 – R$11.925,37 per month
