How about being part of this energy? **\#VemSerMoura**! **Responsibilities and Duties** ***Your daily routine at Moura:*** * **Perform Human Resources Department activities: onboarding entries, benefits administration, and employee guidance; * Support internal clients by addressing questions regarding benefits, onboarding, or other People-related topics; * Interface with the Shared Services Center (SSC) to monitor employee service requests; * Manage and process payments for the People and Management area; * Execute the corporate events and recognition initiatives schedule; * Track the training schedule. **Requirements and Qualifications** ***Education:*** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields (from the 3rd semester onward). ***You’ll stand out if you have:*** * At least one year available for the internship; * Availability to intern for 6 hours per day; * Intermediate Excel skills; **Additional Information** ***What do we offer?*** In our Moura way of doing things, we believe people are the energy that drives the future.
