This position integrates the strategic aspect of partnerships with hands-on Recruitment and Selection operations. **Responsibilities and Activities:** * Active Prospecting: Identify and establish partnerships with companies and institutions. * Recruitment and Selection: Promote and organize job openings, screen resumes, and proactively source talent (headhunting). * Interviews: Conduct initial interviews and refer finalist candidates. * Data Management: Prepare and deliver productivity reports and monitor departmental KPIs. **Requirements:** * Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration. * Profile: Organized, able to write clearly and concisely, and comfortable speaking publicly or on the phone. * Must reside in the ABC Region or São Paulo. **Work Model:** Hybrid (only one day per week on-site at the company). **What We Offer:** * Internship Stipend: R$ 1.200,00. * Remote Work Allowance: Support for remote work-related expenses. * Performance Bonuses: Rewards for achieving performance targets. * Development: Continuous training and access to our Corporate University (offering diverse certifications and qualifications). * Career Development Plan: Real opportunity for permanent hiring.
