Participate in onboarding events A travel agency in Fortaleza is seeking an HR intern. **Responsibilities:** Collaborate on the recruitment and selection process, including resume screening and interview scheduling. Perform control and organization of departmental HR documents and files. Assist in preparing documents such as admissions, terminations, and timekeeping records. Participate in organizational onboarding activities and internal events. Support registration and updating of employee information in the system. Previous roles as HR Assistant, People Management Intern, Recruitment and Selection Intern, or Organizational Development Intern may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
