Provide administrative support for HR department routines We are looking for an intern to work in the Recruitment and Selection area, supporting candidate attraction and screening processes. We seek someone communicative, organized, and interested in building a career in Human Resources. **Responsibilities:** * Screen resumes * Contact candidates (WhatsApp, phone, and e\-mail) * Schedule interviews and support selection processes * Assist in posting job openings on employment platforms * Update and organize candidate information * Monitor stages of the selection process * Provide support for administrative routines within the department **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's or technologist degree in HR Management, Psychology, or Administration * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Proactivity and willingness to learn * Proficiency with digital tools (e\-mail, WhatsApp, Canva, Google Calendar) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in customer service or administrative roles * Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources * Familiarity with platforms such as Indeed or LinkedIn **Stipend and Benefits:** * Monthly stipend: R$1300.00 * Transportation allowance: based on location * Meal allowance: R$20.34 **Location:** South Zone of São Paulo – Interlagos Region Payment: R$1\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Workplace: On-site
