**Opportunity: Human Resources Assistant** Location: Diadema/SP **Requirements:** Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Technical degree in a related field Prior experience in HR (Personnel Department) and Recruitment & Selection Residence in Diadema with easy access to the B. Serraria area **Responsibilities:** Recruitment and selection of candidates; Employee onboarding and offboarding processes; Onboarding of new employees; Employee support and assistance; Manual and electronic time tracking; Recording working hours and submitting information to Accounting; Managing vacation records, medical certificates, and transportation vouchers; Calculation of overtime hours; Management of benefits (Meal Voucher, Food Allowance, and Pharmacy Benefit); Organization of documents and files; Updating internal registrations and records; Preparation of absenteeism, turnover, and revenue indicators; Support in administrative routines and procurement of cleaning supplies and cafeteria materials; **Compensation and Benefits** **Salary**: R$ 3\.043,00 **Benefits**: VT \+ VR/VA R$ 373,00 **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM Payment: R$3\.043,00 per month Benefits: * Food Allowance * Transportation Voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a completed or currently pursued Bachelor's or Technical degree in a related field? * Do you reside in Diadema with easy access to the B.
