This is your moment—come be **\#IN**! **Responsibilities and Duties** **On a daily basis, you will:** * Provide assistance by performing routine and supportive activities for the Human Resources department, contributing to smooth operations and employee satisfaction. * Support unit employees by clarifying questions regarding personnel administration processes. * Register and input information during hiring and contract termination processes. * Conduct homologation procedures for departing employees. * Monitor admission and return-to-work medical examinations. * Assist with monthly reconciliations of medical and dental plan invoices. * Monthly on-call duty for pre\-payroll processing and timekeeping record updates. * Daily handling of absenteeism interviews and entry of medical certificates. * Open helpdesk tickets for issues related to shift changes, timekeeping inconsistencies, and others. * Support recruitment processes by collecting documentation and forwarding candidates for admission medical exams. * Support unit employees by clarifying questions regarding DHO routine processes. * Facilitate onboarding of new employees and provide initial follow-up. * Work in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need?** * Education: Technical degree in Administration, HR, or related fields; * Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing one in Administration, HR, Psychology, or related fields; * Generalist experience in the HR field; * Specific Knowledge: * Microsoft Office Suite; * Intermediate Excel; * Personnel Administration; * DHO (Department of Human Resources Operations); * Labor Legislation; * Integrated Systems \- ERP. **Additional Information** **Benefits that support you at every stage of life!** At **Imediato Nexway**, we believe your quality of life is essential.
