Summary: * Collect employee signatures on HR-related documents. * Type and prepare documents—including weekly menus, lists, and training attendance sheets—to ensure processes remain up-to-date and well-organized. * Manage scheduling of periodic medical examinations and return-to-work procedures, aligned with job functions and associated risks per department. * Arrange coffee for internal meetings and support the organization of internal events. * Assist in issuing invoices and managing payments for the Human Resources department. * Plan and organize HR department files—maintaining contracts, case files, personnel records, correspondence, and other documents—ensuring they remain current and functional to preserve and expedite retrieval when needed.
