We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst to work strategically and operationally, focusing on people management, internal marketing, and support for Personnel Department processes. Key responsibilities: * Conduct organizational climate and employee engagement initiatives; * Develop internal campaigns and internal marketing activities; * Support recruitment and selection processes; * Onboard new employees; * Monitor HR metrics and development initiatives; * Provide HR-related support to employees; * Assist with Personnel Department routines, including time tracking, benefits administration, hiring, vacations, and terminations; * Support internal communication and strengthen organizational culture; * Organize trainings, events, and internal commemorative activities.
