Description
We are seeking a generalist professional who is organized, proactive, and possesses strong technical expertise in Payroll and HR.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Full payroll processing and verification
Monthly closings and submission to eSocial
Generation and verification of DCTFWeb, INSS, and FGTS
Monitoring deadlines and labor obligations
Recruitment and selection (job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding)
Onboarding, termination, and severance processes (calculation and homologation)
Occupational health examinations control (pre-employment, periodic, and exit exams)
Occupational Safety and Health (SST) activities and use of PPE
Employee support (payroll and benefits inquiries)
Organization of departmental documents and files
Benefits administration (transportation allowance and food basket)
Training and development planning
Internal communication and endomarketing initiatives
Supporting internal HR improvements
Direct reporting to the executive board

REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in HR/Payroll
Proficiency in payroll and labor charges
Knowledge of eSocial, DCTFWeb, INSS, FGTS, and SST
Experience in recruitment and selection
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
Analytical, organized, and responsible profile

JOB DETAILS:
Location: Arujá
Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Compensation: Up to R$3\.500,00 per month
