Job Summary: Human Resources Analyst responsible for coexistence policies, conflict mediation, daily allowance management, vacation replacement, recruitment, selection and onboarding of new employees, file control, and performance evaluations. HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST **Work Location:** Setor Norte Ferroviário - 44, Goiânia-GO. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00. **Compensation:** Salary BRL 3,162.92 + Meal Allowance + Transportation Allowance + Attendance-linked food basket and company breakfast + Health Insurance + Dental Insurance + Pharmacy Benefit + Life Insurance. ***Responsibilities:** Implement company policies related to positive employee interaction, mediate conflicts within teams, assess the need for feedback and deliver it when necessary, manage daily allowances, handle vacation replacements, draft job advertisements, post opportunities across multiple channels, review published content, screen resumes to identify candidates meeting position requirements, conduct tests and interviews to assess candidate skills and suitability, coordinate technical interviews with leadership, provide candidates with feedback regarding the selection process, process new hires (collect documents and forward them to accounting), onboard new employees, manage and organize personnel files, request and distribute uniforms and PPE, conduct performance evaluations, execute monthly internal marketing initiatives, communicate terminations, and perform other HR-related duties. **Required Skills and Knowledge:** Degree in Psychology or Human Resources. Relevant work experience, intermediate computer skills, intermediate Excel proficiency, emotional intelligence, and strong interpersonal communication skills. Compensation: BRL 1,915.98 - BRL 3,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
