We are seeking a **Human Resources Analyst focused on Training and Development**, who will be responsible for structuring and strengthening the organization’s people development initiatives. Job Details * **Contract type:** PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) * **Work model:** On-site * **Location:** Bela Vista District – Goiânia (GO) * **Remuneration:** R$ 5\.000,00 Key Responsibilities * Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with leadership and departments across the company. * Design and implement **development pathways for employees and leaders**. * Plan and deliver **in-person and online training sessions**. * Implement and monitor **Performance Evaluation processes**. * Design and track **Individual Development Plans (IDPs)**. * Support managers in conducting **1:1 development meetings with their teams**. * Support initiatives aimed at **strengthening organizational culture**. * Develop training content and materials. * Support **onboarding and integration programs for new employees**. * Design and monitor **Training and Development department KPIs**. * Organize the **annual training and development calendar**. * Support the implementation or management of **digital learning platforms (e-Learning / LMS)**. ✅ Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in **Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields** * Experience in **Training and Development** * Experience with **Performance Evaluation and Individual Development Plans (IDPs)** * Practical experience in **training delivery and group facilitation** * Knowledge of **T\&D methodologies and Training Needs Analysis (TNA)** * Experience with **digital learning platforms (e-Learning / LMS)** * Proficiency in presentation and spreadsheet tools **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree in People Management or Organizational Development * Experience in leadership development or organizational culture initiatives What You’ll Find Here * A dynamic and growing work environment * Opportunity to structure strategic human development projects * Close collaboration with company leadership * Real impact on the training of healthcare professionals nationwide Minimum Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree
