The ideal candidate is a generalist professional with strong strategic capabilities and close alignment with operational needs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Full HR management (Recruiting & Selection, Training & Development, Payroll & Benefits, Employee Engagement & Culture, Performance Management, Occupational Health & Safety) * Establishment and monitoring of HR metrics * Close collaboration with leadership teams to support people-related decision-making * Development and implementation of HR policies and processes * Team management and staff development * Experience working in environments with a large number of employees **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed (Postgraduate degree in HR preferred) * Must reside in the Americana/SP region * Proven experience as a generalist HR professional * Hands-on experience across all HR subsystems * Experience in operational environments and high-demand settings * Hands-on profile with strong execution capability and influence **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in retail companies or operations with high employee volume * Experience in HR transformation and structuring initiatives **We Offer:** * Market-competitive compensation * Attractive benefits package * Autonomous and ownership-driven work environment The recruitment process is conducted with full confidentiality.
