




**Job Description:** We are looking for an intern to work in the Human Resources area, focusing on document control and Electronic Document Management (EDM) processes. The selected candidate will support the department's administrative routines, contributing to the organization, updating, and digitization of employee files and information. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in organizing, digitizing, and archiving physical and electronic documents; * Update and maintain the EDM system with employee information; * Monitor deadlines and ensure document compliance (hiring, vacations, termination, etc.); * Help complete control spreadsheets and reports; * Support the HR department’s administrative requests. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a degree in **Business Administration, Human Resources, People Management**, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Office Suite** (especially Excel and Word); Job type: Internship Contract duration: 24 months Compensation: BRL 1,206.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance
