




The HR Intern is responsible for assisting in Human Resources department activities, such as resume screening, scheduling interviews, supporting selection processes, organizing documents, and providing support in training. Additionally, the intern will learn about department routines and practices, contributing to the development of skills and knowledge in the field. * Assist in screening resumes received for open positions within the company. * Schedule interviews with pre-selected candidates according to managers' availability. * Support selection processes, including administering tests, group dynamics, and interviews. * Organize and file documents related to company employees, ensuring information security and confidentiality. * Participate in supporting internal training, assisting with logistics and activity organization. * Learn about recruitment and selection practices, onboarding of new employees, performance evaluations, and other HR routines. * Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving Human Resources department processes. * Conduct research and studies on HR trends and best practices to promote continuous improvement of activities. * Participate in meetings and internal training sessions for professional development and experience sharing with the team. * Collaborate with the HR team on projects and initiatives aimed at employee engagement and well-being.
