The HR Assistant will be responsible for supporting administrative and operational activities within the HR department, ensuring compliance with company policies and current labor legislation. Responsibilities and Duties Key Activities: Responsible for assisting with all HR department processes: Employee vacations; Hiring; Termination; Benefits administration; Timekeeping control; Medical assistance; Requirements and Qualifications Requirements: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, HR, or related fields; Prior experience or exposure to administrative/HR routines is desirable; Basic knowledge of labor legislation and computer skills; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
