Support in employee service **Job Responsibilities:** * Perform time tracking and certificate entry; * Conduct payroll closing and verification; * Manage onboarding and offboarding processes; * Handle benefits management and exit interviews; * Provide support in employee service; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel); * Prior experience in HR and personnel department routines; * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7:42 AM to 5:30 PM.
