We are looking for a candidate for the position of **Mid-Level HR Analyst to work at our Araras/SP plant.** **Responsibilities include:** * Ensuring the execution of the Training Plan for the Araras Factory and CD, as well as managing the budget and performance indicators. * Managing internal development programs, creating content, and conducting training sessions. * Acting as a member of the Education \& Training Pillar of the Linha Nota 10 Program in the Industrial Araras area, driving the training plan and supporting other Pillars in eliminating knowledge gaps; * Monitoring and ensuring the implementation of the Mentoring Program; * Supporting the entire performance cycle execution; * Conducting follow-up on the Engagement Survey and managing action plans together with leadership; * Internal management and monitoring of the Apprentice Program and Internship Program. **Requirements/Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Psychology, or related fields; * Previous experience in Training and Development; * Intermediate-level knowledge of Excel.
