Focus on quality and guest experience The Housekeeping Manager role is strategic to guarantee excellence in accommodation operations, responsible for supervising and coordinating cleaning and room attendant team activities, ensuring that quality, organization, and hygiene standards are strictly met. This professional directly manages teams, assigns tasks, controls linens and supplies, and oversees inspections of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring an impeccable experience for guests. Beyond operational duties, the Housekeeping Manager also plays a vital role in team development, conducting training sessions, monitoring performance, and encouraging best practices daily.
