Their role is to identify, approach, and engage professionals with outstanding commercial profiles, using hunting techniques, social media, and creative recruitment strategies. In addition to active prospecting, they are responsible for ensuring the organization and smooth execution of hiring processes, supporting the onboarding of new employees, and maintaining close, effective communication with managers and the HR team. **Active Sourcing (Primary Priority):** * Conduct hunting of real estate agents on social media, job platforms, and niche groups. * Map high-performing professionals and conduct direct outreach using compelling, strategic communication. * Promote My Broker’s unique value proposition as a career opportunity. **Lead Management and Relationship Building:** * Process leads received from campaigns and job postings, conducting initial interviews and assessments. * Maintain active contact with potential candidates, nurturing relationships until hiring is finalized. **Employer Brand Communication and Positioning:** * Create attraction content and post job openings on the agency’s social media channels. * Act boldly and creatively to increase visibility of opportunities. **HR Administrative Organization:** * Ensure approved candidates are forwarded through the hiring workflow (onboarding, documentation, system access). * Support the onboarding process for new real estate agents and maintain up-to-date records. **Analysis and Continuous Improvement:** * Monitor recruitment metrics (average time-to-hire, conversion rate, candidate source). * Propose ongoing improvements to broker sourcing and qualification strategies.
