We are seeking a **Harvester Operator II** to work at **EAB** in **Brotas, SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR DAILY ACTIVITIES:** * Operate the harvester safely during sugarcane harvesting activities; * Maintain and perform basic machine upkeep—including replacing base-cutting blades, adjusting and calibrating implements, and general cleaning; * Operate the harvester within quality standards to avoid losses, rootstock eradication, and soil compaction; * Accurately record data on the onboard computer. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Primary education; * Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) — Class C or D; * Availability to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts on a 5x1 rotation schedule; * Prior experience in this role; * Residency in: Brotas, SP or Torrinha, SP. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process comprises three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application — completion of this form and any additional required information. * HR Interview — an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview — a more technical discussion covering daily responsibilities and challenges.
