Development of basic mechanical concepts **Position: Workshop Assistant** A company in the civil construction equipment rental and maintenance sector is hiring a Workshop Assistant to support maintenance of power generators, welding machines, electric breakers, soil compactors, and asphalt and floor cutting saws. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment; * Support disassembly and assembly of machinery; * Perform cleaning and organization of parts and tools; * Sort materials for maintenance; * Assist in basic functionality tests; * Support loading and unloading of equipment. **Technical Competencies** * Basic knowledge of mechanics; * Familiarity with manual and electric tools; * Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance; * Ability to identify simple equipment failures; * Inventory organization and basic material control; Basic knowledge of occupational safety standards. **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance (R$400.00\) * Health Insurance after probation period Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Qualifications: * Mechanics, Technical Course * Health Insurance after probation period * Meal Allowance (R$400.00\) * Transportation Allowance;
