Viseu Tasks and responsibilities: * Supervise the operation and performance of various departments within the factory, ensuring alignment with defined strategies and objectives; * Monitor business indicators, guaranteeing quality standards and fulfillment levels required by the Customer and by the Administration; * Reporting to the Administration. Profile: * Higher education degree in engineering or similar; * Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; * Experience in the industrial sector, preferably in the wood/kitchen industry; * Good knowledge of Lean Management tools; * Good command of spoken and written English; * SAP knowledge is a plus; * Candidates should reside in the Central Region, preferably in Viseu.
