The candidate will be the **technical pillar of Prime’s operations**, responsible for ensuring stability, performance, and continuous innovation of differentiators, systems, automations, and integrations—with focus on **quality, autonomy, and reliability**. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain **Node.js/Express** and **React/Next.js** systems with scalable and modular architecture. * Create and maintain APIs for insurance companies and payment gateways (Pagar.me, Stripe). * Implement and monitor billing automations ("teimosinha"), cancellation rules, and notifications. * Create and maintain endpoints for software, dashboards, CRM, RD Station, and internal systems. * Ensure application security and performance (best practices, logging, error handling, optimization). * Actively participate in the deployment cycle, versioning, and CI/CD. * Collaborate closely with the **Tech Lead (Allison)** and **CTO (Christian)**, prioritizing deliveries and stability. * Independently test and validate new features with an integrated QA mindset. * Suggest and implement continuous improvements in UX, infrastructure, and architecture.
