We are seeking a **Technical Development Inspector** to join the **EAB** team in **Araraquara/SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Execute the sampling plan reliably, following Raízen’s procedures; * Conduct quality assessments and pest sampling according to procedure, using all required PPE and maintaining a safe attitude; * Ensure team development and onboarding of new employees through training and daily activity supervision; * Manage the fleet and direct which samples must be performed each day; * Report to the Agronomic Process Manager any questions raised by GO's, GP's, supervisors, or agronomic process managers regarding field-collected data: methodology, results obtained, tools used, etc. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Agricultural Technician, Agronomy, or Agricultural Engineering degree; * Proficiency with mobile phones and tablets; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Residence in Araraquara/SP. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply; you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application \- completing this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion about your daily responsibilities and challenges.
