We are seeking a **Senior Facilities Analyst** to join the **CSC team** in **Piracicaba/SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR DAILY ACTIVITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * Managing the real estate portfolio and the full lifecycle of lease contracts; * Monitoring deadlines, rent adjustments, contractual obligations, and real estate liabilities; * Supporting real estate negotiations and financial feasibility analyses; * Acting as the interface between internal departments and external partners; * Organizing contractual, legal, and cadastral documentation for properties; * Supporting real estate projects and processes related to floor delivery and reoccupation; * Managing KPIs for the real estate portfolio; * Coordinating the issuance and tracking of invoices, bank slips, and real estate fees; * Supporting lease renewals and interfacing with Procurement, Finance, and Legal departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Architecture, or related fields; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); * Prior experience managing commercial lease contracts; * Previous experience conducting financial analysis (IRR, NPV, payback); * Prior experience handling real estate liabilities; * Familiarity with Power BI is desirable; * A postgraduate degree in Real Estate / Property Management and knowledge of Brazilian Tenancy Law are advantageous; * Willingness to reside in Piracicaba/SP and work fully onsite during standard business hours (44 hours per week, Monday to Friday). **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process comprises three main stages (additional steps may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional required information. * HR Interview \- an introductory conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview \- a more technical discussion about daily responsibilities and challenges.
