Job Summary: We are seeking an Extraction Operator I to join our Milling team, performing inspections, assisting with cleaning and organization, and supporting maintenance teams. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking an **Extraction Operator I** to join the **Milling** team in **Tarumã**! **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR DAILY ACTIVITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * Conducting inspections/checklists of milling assets (sugarcane reception, preparation, and milling); * Alternating (when necessary—vacations, days off, absences) between Auxiliary and Operator II (Pl) duties; * Assisting with cleaning, organization, painting, and occasionally assembling/disassembling milling components; * Supporting specific maintenance teams according to the Off-Crop schedule (disassembly/maintenance/reassembly of metal conveyor belts, canvas conveyor belts, sugarcane preparation equipment, and rollers); **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed Elementary Education; * Discipline regarding safety; * Prior experience in the field will be considered a plus; * Availability to work rotating shifts and a 5x1 schedule; * Residency in Assis/SP, Cândido Mota/SP, or Tarumã/SP. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application—completion of this form and any additional required information. * HR Interview—a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview—a more technical discussion to further explain daily responsibilities and challenges.
