Surgery & UCC BD Interventional (BDI) Surgery & UCC focuses on leading innovation in devices that improve lives within surgical interventions, advanced repair and restoration of soft tissues, and urological procedures—aiming to advance the treatment of highly complex diseases and enable interventional and/or surgical procedures.**Job Description** =================== * **Manage distributors and conduct direct sales** to strategic customers, ensuring achievement of commercial targets. * **Analyze and monitor indirect channel KPIs** and propose performance improvement actions during monthly meetings with each distributor. * **Manage indirect channel forecasting** and plan inventory provisioning in partnership with the Marketing Management team. * **Manage rebate control** for customers under your responsibility. * **Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs)** aligned with business and customer strategies. * **Collaborate on strategic planning for the indirect channel.** * **Prospect and close new business**, conducting high-level technical-scientific negotiations with decision-makers. * **Keep BD’s internal teams informed** about market developments, competition, and commercial opportunities. * **Conduct consultative sales of products and services**, building strong customer relationships and generating sustainable short- and long-term results. * **Engage with customers through visits and events**, identifying relevant opportunities and business-critical information. * **Manage distributor relationships**, including regular visits, process control, adherence to pricing policies, and provision of promotional materials. * **Ensure implementation of commercial and marketing policies**, both with end customers and distributors, using effective communication and promotional tools. * **Provide technical-commercial support to distributors**, ensuring strategic and operational alignment. * **Drive customer engagement initiatives**, such as events, distribution of technical materials, and educational programs. * **Monitor competition**, staying updated through interactions with customers and partners. * **Participate in training sessions and strategic meetings**, both in the field and at BD locations, to align with business and product guidelines. * **Collect and provide demand forecasts**, contributing to company production and supply planning. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Sales experience in Plastic Surgery; * Experience managing distributors; * Strong planning, coordination, and execution capabilities; * Willingness to travel across Brazil; * Based in São Paulo.
