Responsible for the strategic management and development of key accounts in the Paper & Pulp and Mining segments, identifying business opportunities, building long-term relationships with strategic customers, and leading highly complex technical and commercial negotiations—aiming for sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and expansion of the company’s market share.
**Strategic Account Management**
---------------------------------
* Manage a portfolio of strategic customers in the Paper & Pulp and Mining segments;
* Develop and implement strategic account plans (Account Plans);
* Identify opportunities for business expansion, new contracts, and increased share within accounts;
* Manage relationships with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders at customer organizations;
* Ensure retention, loyalty, and satisfaction of strategic customers.
**Business Development**

* Prospect new commercial opportunities at industrial plants and mining operations;
* Conduct consultative selling of solutions, services, equipment, and/or industrial products;
* Identify customers’ technical and operational needs, translating them into value propositions;
* Develop commercial strategies aligned with organizational goals;
* Support market expansion initiatives and the company’s strategic positioning.
**Commercial Negotiation**

* Lead medium- and high-complexity commercial and contractual negotiations;
* Prepare technical-commercial proposals jointly with internal departments;
* Negotiate pricing, margins, price adjustments, SLAs, supply and service contracts;
* Ensure alignment among technical scope, operational feasibility, and business profitability;
* Monitor tender processes and strategic bidding competitions.
**Internal Interface and Cross-Functional Coordination**

* Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, After-sales, Quality, Finance, and Marketing departments;
* Coordinate internal resources required to meet customer demands;
* Ensure proper contract execution and performance tracking;
* Facilitate communication between customers and internal departments.
**Commercial Management and Performance Metrics**

* Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and commercial targets;
* Monitor account-level performance and profitability metrics;
* Prepare managerial reports and executive presentations;
* Update information in CRM and commercial management tools;
* Conduct market, competitive, and industry trend analyses.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering
