




We have an opportunity available for an Account Executive. **Job Description – Account Executive** **Department:** Commercial \| Field Sales by Market/Segment **Position Summary** The Account Executive will be responsible for managing, developing, and expanding accounts within predefined markets and segments, focusing on consultative selling and building long-term relationships with strategic customers. The professional will play an active role in prospecting new clients (outbound), expanding the installed base, and executing commercial strategies aligned with Product and Applications teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and develop a portfolio of clients within pre-established markets and segments; * Analyze market coverage and identify growth and expansion opportunities; * Plan and execute sales strategies jointly with Product, Applications, and Commercial Management teams; * Conduct proactive prospecting of new clients (outbound) and handle qualified leads; * Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, delivery timelines, payment terms and conditions) in alignment with Commercial Management; * Prepare technical-commercial proposals and deliver technical presentations using various formats (PowerPoint, videos, and corporate materials); * Monitor the sales pipeline, follow up on opportunities, and ensure business conversion; * Maintain continuous client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and post-sales support; * Conduct regular field visits and record all activities, opportunities, and interactions in the CRM; * Participate in trade fairs, conferences, and industry events, representing the company; * Attend technical and commercial training sessions, including international travel when required. **Minimum Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in technical sales or account management; * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Willingness to undertake domestic and international travel. **Desired Competencies** * Strong negotiation and communication skills; * Consultative, results-oriented mindset; * Ability to plan, organize, and conduct market analysis; * Autonomy, proactivity, and strong interpersonal skills; * Proficiency in CRM systems and presentation tools. **Location:** The company is headquartered in Embu das Artes – SP.
