Responsible for designing and scaling commercial models, driving sustainable growth within assigned segments, developing the sales team, and building high-impact relationships. Key responsibilities include: * Serve as the primary owner of the Tech & Digital commercial strategy, with deep market knowledge, customer behavior insights, and awareness of industry trends. * Define, implement, and lead the commercial strategic plan, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and sustainable growth targets. * Design and scale replicable commercial models focused on efficiency, predictability, and expansion. * Manage, develop, and expand the customer portfolio, fostering long-term strategic relationships and delivering customized, high-value-added solutions. * Monitor and optimize commercial KPIs, ensuring achievement of revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction goals. * Identify and lead strategic growth opportunities, including partnerships and alliances. * Lead, inspire, and develop high-performance sales teams, promoting a results-driven culture, accountability, and continuous improvement. * Operate in a matrix model, integrating commercial strategy with Business Units and product-specific specialist areas. * Drive digital transformation and commercial innovation initiatives, with strong data and performance orientation. **Qualifications** **Qualifications** * • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields. • Advanced English (mandatory). • Proven track record leading complex commercial operations. • Structured strategic vision, strong analytical capability, and performance focus. • High-level negotiation skills, institutional articulation, and management of complex relationships. • Experience in digital transformation, business model innovation, and data-driven culture. **Additional Information** Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
