The **Enterprise Agile Coach (EAC)** will be responsible for supporting large corporate clients on their Lean-Agile organizational transformation journey, connecting strategy and execution through modern management practices, value stream–oriented management, and scaled governance. The EAC’s primary focus is the evolution of the client’s Ways of Working and System of Work, with deep expertise in SAFe, operational mastery of the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira and Confluence), and the ability to serve as a Trusted Advisor to executive leadership in complex enterprise environments. **What you’ll do in this role:** **Organizational Transformation and Ways of Working** * Support the evolution of the client’s organizational models, aligning strategy with execution and generating measurable value. * Diagnose organizational challenges and improvement opportunities using systemic thinking and complexity-aware approaches. * Co-create digital, cultural, and operational transformation journeys, applying reference frameworks in a contextualized manner. * Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM, Lean Change, ADKAR) initiatives to foster engagement and mitigate resistance. * Act as a transformation agent in evolving the client’s Ways of Working and System of Work. **Scaled Lean-Agile Leadership (SAFe)** * Facilitate SAFe implementation and evolution in enterprise environments, including PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, Solution Demo, System Demo, and other ART and Solution Train ceremonies. * Support the structuring and operation of Value Streams, linking portfolio, programs, products, and delivery teams. * Facilitate Lean, Kanban, and Scrum practices to promote continuous improvement, WIP management, and flow focus. * Support the evolution of Lean Portfolio Management, connecting strategy, finance, governance, and execution. * Establish Lean-Agile rituals, cadences, and governance mechanisms aligned with the client’s operational scale. **System of Work and Atlassian Ecosystem** * Support the operational evolution of the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira Software, Jira Align where applicable, and Confluence) as an enabler of the client’s System of Work. * Structure workflows, work hierarchies, permission schemes, governance models, and operational templates in Jira and Confluence. * Ensure Jira instrumentation supports Flow Metrics, OKRs, KPIs, and reliable executive dashboards. * Support adoption of AI and automation applied to work within the Atlassian context and the client’s operational processes. **Flow Management, Governance, and Metrics** * Establish and track performance, organizational health, and real-impact metrics using OKRs, KPIs, Flow Metrics, and executive dashboards. * Support portfolio, program, and product management to improve predictability, traceability, and dependency and risk management. * Model value streams, identify bottlenecks, and propose operational model enhancements focused on flow efficiency. * Support integration among business, technology, architecture, operations, and PMO around shared value streams. **Executive Facilitation and Trusted Advisorship** * Serve as a Trusted Advisor to leadership and C-level executives, ensuring strategic clarity, governance, and alignment in dynamic environments. * Facilitate workshops, strategic alignments, discovery sessions, and executive rituals for continuous improvement. * Deliver tailored training and consulting for executives, technical teams, and business units. * Orchestrate interactions among internal, distributed, and client teams, ensuring collaborative fluency and value-delivery focus. * Actively participate in Digital Transformation, Organizational Agility, and Product & Service Development initiatives, emphasizing time-to-impact. **This position is right for you if you:** **Experience in Large-Scale Organizational Transformation** * Proven experience in consulting, innovation, or organizational transformation with emphasis on cultural, digital, and operational evolution. * Demonstrated experience leading Lean-Agile transformation programs in large, highly complex enterprise environments. * Track record delivering medium- and large-scale projects with measurable outcomes and organizational impact. * Hands-on experience with PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, Solution Demo, and SAFe governance. * Experience working in corporate environments spanning multiple domains (business, technology, architecture, operations, PMO, governance). **Executive Leadership and Facilitation** * Proven ability to serve as a Trusted Advisor to leadership and C-level executives. * History of facilitating executive workshops, strategic alignments, and transformation rituals. * Leadership without formal authority, with strong organizational influence in matrixed environments. * Excellence in executive communication, storytelling, visual thinking, coaching, and collaborative facilitation. **Technical Knowledge and Frameworks** * Scaled agility: SAFe® (mandatory), plus fluency in at least one of LeSS, DAD, Spotify Model, Team Topologies, or Flight Levels. * Agile and flow methods: Scrum, Kanban Method, Lean Agile, Flow Management, Value Streams. * Strategy and portfolio: Lean Portfolio Management, Business Model Canvas, Hoshin Kanri, OKRs. * Transformation and change: Design Thinking, Lean Inception, Human Change Management, ADKAR, Cynefin. * Value stream modeling, service architecture, and digital product or platform management. * Practical mastery of Jira and Confluence as System of Work enablers (workflows, hierarchies, automations, dashboards). * Ability to instrument Flow Metrics, OKRs, and executive indicators from the Atlassian ecosystem. **Mandatory Certifications** * SAFe® Agilist (SA). **Languages** * Intermediate English proficiency. **It would be great if you also have:** * SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC). * Other relevant certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL® 4, KMP, LPM, ICP-ENT, ICP-CAT, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PSPO. * Experience in Telecom (preferred) or other regulated sectors (financial, healthcare, insurance, government), with strong compliance, security, and governance exposure. * Experience in large-scale digital transformation and Business Agility initiatives. * Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, capability-based management, or corporate innovation. * Technology and DevOps knowledge: ALM, CI/CD, pipelines, DORA Metrics, ITSM/ESM. * Experience applying AI to work (automations, copilots, agents in operational flows). * Active participation in communities of practice, events, or publications on transformation, agility,
