




Position intended for professionals with a degree in **Civil Engineering** or **Building Technology**, who have experience in residential construction and team leadership. The role of **Engineering Assistant** requires skills in reading project plans and monitoring processes, ensuring quality and organization at the construction site. **Responsibilities and duties** * Request materials within established deadlines; * Perform daily supervision of work with laborers, ensuring compliance with assigned procedures; * Prepare the construction log and forward payment information to the finance department; * Hire construction personnel with support from the Engineering Coordinator; * Ensure construction site organization according to LCM and project specifications; * Ensure delivery and daily use of PPE by employees; * Guarantee quality execution of the construction in accordance with MIT and project plans; * Communicate construction procedures to staff, ensuring compliance; * Conduct measurements for contractors, completing measurement spreadsheets; * Conduct weekly meetings with construction teams for alignment; * Ensure adherence to planning and budget during execution, as well as assist in planning implementation; * Arrange post-construction maintenance services (technical assistance); * Read project plans and ensure construction execution complies with them. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed higher education in **Civil Engineering** or technical course in **Building Construction**; * Experience in residential construction (house building); * Experience in hiring personnel and process management; * Knowledge of **MS Project** and **Construction Planning Law**; * Planning, organizational, and team leadership skills; * Ability to ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations; * Intermediate level computer skills; * Valid driver's license **category B**; * Availability for **100% on-site work** in Bacabal; * Desirable participation in internal training programs. **Additional information** We are a specialized Human Resources consulting firm, born and developed in Maranhão since 1995.
