Job Summary: Professional will serve as the Technical Responsible for the construction site, ensuring technical, legal, and safety compliance of construction works and projects, and issuing ARTs. As a **Civil Engineer**, your responsibilities will include: * Managing the construction site. * Planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction activities. * Developing and controlling physical and financial schedules. * Conducting construction measurements, cost control, and material quantity control and calculations. * Managing in-house and subcontracted field teams. * Ensuring compliance with technical standards, occupational safety, and legislation. * Monitoring suppliers, procurement, and material deliveries. * Supporting preparation of budgets and technical proposals. * Preparing physical progress and project status reports. * Resolving technical issues during execution. * Liaising with clients and the contractor’s manager (scope, deadlines, and deliverables alignment). * Performing technical reports, opinions, and inspections (site visits). * Professional will serve as the Technical Responsible for the construction site, ensuring technical, legal, and safety compliance of construction works and projects, and issuing ARTs (Technical Responsibility Annotations) with CREA. **Working hours:** Business hours, Monday to Friday. Availability to work on Saturdays when required. Requirements: * Active CREA registration. * Experience in structural construction and structural calculations. * Field experience at construction sites. * Knowledge of regulations (ABNT, NRs, occupational safety). * Experience in medium- and large-scale construction projects. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel. * Easy access to commuting to the city of Jandira, near the train station.
