Responsibility and autonomy in painting tasks **Work Modality:** On-site **Location:** Louveira\-SP. **ZIP Code:** 13\.293\-262\. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (on Fridays, employees leave 1 hour earlier) **Job Type:** Full-time CLT **Compensation:** \-Salary: BRL 2,189.97 \-Benefits: Transportation voucher (VT) or transportation allowance; meal/food allowance BRL 10.00 **Job Responsibilities:** Responsible for painting metal structures using an electrostatic spray gun and liquid/powder paint, visually inspecting painted parts, and performing first-level maintenance on painting equipment. Moving parts along the production line, organizing and cleaning the workplace, loading/unloading, securing parts onto carts, moving carts to ovens and spray booths, attention to detail, ability to work on a production line, maintaining workplace cleanliness and organization. Re-painting parts or areas as needed, assisting with cart movement, and complying with safety regulations and PPE usage. **Mandatory Requirements:** **Minimum Education:** High School Diploma. Flexible availability regarding working hours. Dynamic attitude. **Required Experience:** As an electrostatic painter (minimum 1 year, documented). Responsible, autonomous, dynamic, punctual, and assiduous Willingness to work overtime.
