The challenge: As a Designer, you will bring our ideas to life by creating visual materials that authentically, inclusively, and creatively connect candidates, clients, and internal teams. We are looking for someone who combines aesthetic insight with strategic sensitivity, capable of translating concepts into impactful visual experiences. Your responsibilities include: Create and adapt assets for digital campaigns, presentations, and support materials; Develop visual identities for projects and events; Support the conception and execution of Employer Branding and Recruitment campaigns; Ensure visual consistency across different brand touchpoints; Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Talent Acquisition teams; Contribute creative ideas for new formats and visual solutions. Degree in Design, Advertising, Visual Communication, or related fields; Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic and digital design; Proficiency in tools such as **Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)** and **Figma**; Creativity to propose innovative visual solutions; Organization and autonomy to manage parallel projects; Strong communication skills and openness to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams. What could be a plus?
