




Job Summary: We are seeking a Design Intern to support the creation of institutional graphic materials, internal communications, and file organization, collaborating with HR and other departments. Opportunity to apply visual identities and develop layouts. We are looking for a **Design Intern**. The intern will support the creation and rollout of institutional graphic materials, focusing on internal communications, and develop layouts for printed and digital materials. Responsibilities include organizing and maintaining files, templates, and image banks, as well as collaborating on the application and adaptation of the museum’s visual identities, in partnership with the Human Resources department and other institutional areas. * **Position:** Internship. * **Schedule:** 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. * **Work Model:** 1 remote day per week; remaining days on-site. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support in the creation and rollout of the museum’s institutional materials, with focus on internal communications; * Development of layouts for printed and digital materials; * Organization and updating of files, templates, and image banks; * Support in adapting visual identities and applying brand guidelines; * Direct collaboration with the Human Resources department and, occasionally, with other museum departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in Design, Architecture, or related fields; * Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma; * Knowledge of graphic design principles: composition, visual hierarchy, contrast, balance, alignment; * Familiarity with image editing, detail refinement, and finalization of digital and printed files; * Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines; * Attention to detail and eagerness to learn; * Ability to work collaboratively; * Ability to read and interpret briefs; * Visual consistency and brand identity awareness; * Adaptation of materials for various formats and channels; * Basic knowledge of motion graphics is a plus (After Effects / simple animation); Strong communication skills. * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Interest in internal communications; * Interest in art, culture, and trends; * Basic understanding of branding; * Fundamental knowledge of print production; * Experience with communication campaigns (even as an intern). **Additional Information** * Monthly internship stipend; * Meal voucher and/or food allowance via Flash card; * Culture voucher via Flash card; * Transportation voucher — provided as needed; * TotalPass; * Clude Saúde health plan; * SESC card; * Annual individual MASP Friend Card; * ICOM card (International Council of Museums): loan of the MASP card for use during travel.
